WHY THE 2ND FLOOR Most units here are high up. Ours sits just above the Avalon tower pool, close enough to see and call down to your family in the water, and a quick walk down the stairs when the elevators are busy. Guests tell us it's the detail they didn't know they wanted. THE LAYOUT (1,144 sq ft) • Living room: Roomy seating with ocean views, 50" HDTV with cable and Roku, sliding doors to the balcony. • Dining: Seats the group, with Gulf views from the table. • Kitchen: Updated with quartz counters and stainless appliances. Fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, storage containers, a blender, toaster, rice maker, Instant Pot, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker and wine glasses. • Primary suite: King bed, blackout curtains, and sliding doors straight to the balcony. En suite bath with double sinks, a whirlpool tub with handheld sprayer, and a window that still shows the beach. • Queen suite: Queen bed, its own TV with cable, and a private en suite bath with a tub/shower and quartz counters. • Half bath: Centrally located across from the kitchen, so no one waits. • Laundry: Free in-unit washer and dryer, plus a drying rack for swimsuits. • Balcony: Private, overlooking the pool and Gulf, with a dining table, glider bench and electric grill. Most guests eat breakfast out here every morning. WHAT WE PROVIDE • Bed linens, plus bath, hand and washcloths for each bathroom • Starter supplies: coffee for one full pot, a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen trash bags, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent • Two beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo • Crib, pack 'n play, kids' dinnerware, books, toys and board games • Resort-wide Wi-Fi, plus an ethernet connection PLEASE BRING • Beach towels • Extra coffee, paper goods and groceries for longer stays (see grocery tips below) WHO IT'S PERFECT FOR • Families with kids who want the pool in sight from the balcony • Two couples who each want their own suite and bathroom • Anyone who'd rather take the stairs than wait on an elevator • Guests who want a quiet beach instead of the Gulf Shores crowds Sleeps 4 maximum, to keep the condo comfortable and in great shape.

House Rules Our goal is to ensure you have a 5-star stay and choose to book with us again in the future. Please be respectful to the home and those around you. ***Please make sure to read all the House Rules all the way to the bottom before booking or requesting to book. Booking of this property is agreement to these rules and any penalties or fees outlined below.*** HOUSE RULES: Must be at least 25 years old and on-premise during the rental period. Check In is anytime after 4 PM • We cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to thoroughly clean before and after your stay. Check Out is at 10 AM • Our cleaners need time to turn over the property before the next guests arrive. Please respect their time and vacate the property by 10am. Late check out will incur additional fees of $50/hour. Number of Guests • Ensure your total number of guests matches that on your booking. WThe home can accommodate up to 5 people MAX. NO PARTIES! No Weapons, Drugs, Loud Music, Smoking or Pets • Please respect the safety and well-being of those around you while staying at our property. Anyone found in violation will be escorted off property by security immediately, without refund. Be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum after 10PM. • Absolutely NO PETS. • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condo, on the balcony, or near the pool. If you are a smoker, this condo is not for you. Personal Belongings • Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Items left behind after check out are not the responsibility of the homeowner. Furnishings & Care • Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the condo including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted. Please do not rearrange or move indoor furniture outside. • No glitter or dye of any kind in the condo. Any damaged linens or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest. • Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen and dining area only. No food or drinks on the sofa or in bedrooms. • Make sure shower curtain liner is INSIDE the tub and completely CLOSED when showering. • Candles or open flame of any kind is prohibited. Parking • Parking passes are provided for up to two vehicles at the check-in gate. Parking is available immediately behind each tower. Do not park in Owner-designated parking spots or you may be ticketed. There is a covered unloading zone for check-in and check-out. Stairs/Steps • Be careful of stairs and steps on the property. You are responsible for your own safety. Damages • Please message us immediately with any damage caused during your stay. Significant or unreported damage will incur additional charges. Notifying us as soon as possible will allow adequate planning for remedy and minimize guest liability. Refunds & Inclimate Weather • We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Travel, vacation, and short-term renters insurance is highly recommended. LOCATION Fort Morgan is the quiet end of Alabama's Gulf Coast. That means uncrowded beaches and dark, starry nights, and it also means a drive for most dining and shopping: • Gulf Shores restaurants and shopping: about 11 miles east • Sassy Bass Market and Tiki Bar: about 3.5 miles west, for groceries and great food • Historic Fort Morgan: at the western tip of the peninsula, open to visitors 7 days a week • Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge: trails and birding along Fort Morgan Road • Mobile Bay Ferry: a scenic ride from Fort Morgan to Dauphin Island • Golf: several public courses nearby, including Kiva Dunes next door Tip: Stock up at the grocery stores along Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores on your way in, then you won't need to leave. SEASONAL NOTES Some resort amenities and restaurants keep seasonal hours. Ask us about anything specific to your dates.
