You'll get a taste of the history and draw of this quiet Smokies town, which is super close to the entrance to the national park for scenic drives, hikes, and landmark visits, or just a short drive to the German settlement of Gatlinburg or the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. House Rules Our goal is to ensure you have a 5-star stay and choose to book with us again in the future. Please be respectful to the home and those around you. ***Please make sure to read all the House Rules all the way to the bottom before booking or requesting to book. Booking of this property is agreement to these rules and any penalties or fees outlined below.*** HOUSE RULES: Must be at least 25 years old and on-premise during the rental period. Check In is anytime after 4 PM • We cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to thoroughly clean before and after your stay. Check Out is at 10 AM • Our cleaners need time to turn over the property before the next guests arrive. Please respect their time and vacate the property by 10am. Late check out will incur additional fees of $50/hour. Number of Guests • Ensure your total number of guests matches that on your booking. The home can accommodate up to 12 people MAX. NO PARTIES! No Weapons, Drugs, Loud Music, Smoking or Pets • Please respect the safety and well-being of neighbors and the community while staying at our property. Anyone found in violation will be evicted immediately, without refund. Be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum after 10PM. • Absolutely NO PETS. • Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Personal Belongings • Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Items left behind after check out are not the responsibility of the homeowner. Furnishings & Care • Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the home including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted. Please do not rearrange or move indoor furniture outside. • No glitter or dye of any kind in the home. Any damaged linens or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest. • Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen and dining area only. No food or drinks on the sofas or in bedrooms. • Make sure shower curtain liner is INSIDE the tub and completely CLOSED when showering. • Candles or open flame of any kind is prohibited. Parking • Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available directly in front of the cabin. Stairs/Steps • Be careful of stairs and steps on the property. You are responsible for your own safety. Damages • Please message us immediately with any damage caused during your stay. Significant or unreported damage will incur additional charges. Notifying us as soon as possible will allow adequate planning for remedy and minimize guest liability. Refunds & Inclimate Weather • We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Travel, vacation, and short-term renters insurance is highly recommended.
